When shipping opens

Before a customer completes a physical-product order, the applicable sales channel will show available destinations, shipping costs, estimated processing time, and delivery estimates.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply to international orders. Any customer responsibility for those charges will be stated by the sales channel before purchase.

Orders from another channel

For a purchase made through another authorized Coloers or Lvola sales channel, refer to the shipping information provided with that order.
